Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF862 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,199 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF862-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2_S97, RBBP5_S350, and RBM17_S155. Each is linked with ZNF862 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF862-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF862 results are reported.
