Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF862 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF862-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF6, TBC1D32, and TMEM272. Each is linked with ZNF862 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF862-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF862 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 grouped by ZNF862-low versus ZNF862-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF862→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF862) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
