Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF859P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF859P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF859P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, ZNF859P RNA expression shows 6,265 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight CESC, THCA, and LSCC as cancer lineages where ZNF859P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
