ZNF85

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,971 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF85-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome segregation, Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with ZNF85 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF85-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chromosome segregation grouped by ZNF85-low versus ZNF85-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF85→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
