Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF85 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 682 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF85-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD7, NFE2L3, and PROKR2. Each is linked with ZNF85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF85-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHD7 grouped by ZNF85-low versus ZNF85-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF85→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
