ZNF840P

RNA — tumor vs normal
Tumor vs NormalRNABox plot · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF840P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ZNF840P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where ZNF840P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ZNF840P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as UCEC and BRCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.

UCEC, BRCA, and THCA are the cancer types where ZNF840P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.

RNA tumor vs normal associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. Fold-change is the tumor-versus-normal difference in ZNF840P RNA (log2); positive values indicate higher expression in tumor. p-values are from the differential-expression test.
