Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF840P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF840P expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF840P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, ZNF840P RNA expression shows 15,527 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight UVM, UCEC, and THYM as cancer lineages where ZNF840P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
