ZNF84

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF84 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,408 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF84-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF140, ZNF26, and ZNF891. Each is linked with ZNF84 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF84-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF84→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
