Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF835 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,475 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF835-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, SSC5D, and PURA. Each is linked with ZNF835 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF835-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF835 results are reported.
