Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF826P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF826P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, RNU6-709P, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with ZNF826P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF826P-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF826P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by ZNF826P-low versus ZNF826P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF826P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF826P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
