ZNF800

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF800 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF800-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUC7L2, NUB1, and PUS7. Each is linked with ZNF800 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF800-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF800 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF800 versus LUC7L2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF800→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF800) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
