The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF784 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF784 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF784 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
