Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF784 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF784-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-125P, CTBP2P1, and C3orf84. Each is linked with ZNF784 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF784-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF784 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-125P grouped by ZNF784-low versus ZNF784-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF784→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF784) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
