Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF780B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF780B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF780B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF780B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF780B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
