ZNF76

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF76 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF76-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL1, GNMT, and RPARP-AS1. Each is linked with ZNF76 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF76-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF76 versus PLCL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF76→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
