Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF725P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF725P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZNF725P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF725P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and GBM show a favorable association.
UVM, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where ZNF725P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
