Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF725P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF725P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF725P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, ZNF725P RNA expression shows 6,936 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UVM, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where ZNF725P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
