Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF713 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF713 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF713 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF713 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THYM show a favorable association.

LIHC, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where ZNF713 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
