ZNF711

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF711 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,128 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF711-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, HMGN5, and UPP1. Each is linked with ZNF711 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF711-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF711 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF711 versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF711→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF711) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
