Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF70 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF70 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF70 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF70 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
