Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF70-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with ZNF70 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF70-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF70 results are reported.
