The most reproducible ZNF697-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-activating serotonin receptor signaling pathway, Serotonin receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of postsynaptic membrane organization. Each is linked with ZNF697 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF697-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF697 results are reported.
