Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF667-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF667-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZNF667-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF667-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and CESC show a favorable association.

UVM, SKCM, and CESC are the cancer types where ZNF667-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
