Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF658 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 793 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF658-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP29, DUX4L50, and CCDC22. Each is linked with ZNF658 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF658-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF658 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF658 versus DUSP29 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF658→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF658) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
