Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF646 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,582 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF646-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD2BP2, DCTPP1, and GTF3C1. Each is linked with ZNF646 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF646-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF646 results are reported.
