The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF641 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF641 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF641 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
