Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF599 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF599-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4D, OPRPN, and TRIML1. Each is linked with ZNF599 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF599-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF599 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4D grouped by ZNF599-low versus ZNF599-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF599→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF599) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
