The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF598 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF598 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF598 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
