ZNF598

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF598 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,423 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF598-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNPS1, E4F1, and TELO2. Each is linked with ZNF598 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF598-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF598 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF598 versus RNPS1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF598→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF598) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
