The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF595 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF595 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, ACC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZNF595 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
