Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF593 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF593 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF593 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF593 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF593 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
