The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF559-ZNF177 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF559-ZNF177 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
