Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF559-ZNF177 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF559-ZNF177 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF559-ZNF177 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF559-ZNF177 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where ZNF559-ZNF177 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
