Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF558 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF558-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PRAS40_pT246, and C-Raf. Each is linked with ZNF558 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF558-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF558 results are reported.
