Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF550 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF550 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZNF550 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF550 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF550 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
