ZNF526

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF526 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF526-associated genes across cancer lineages are TARS3, PRC1, and ATF4P1. Each is linked with ZNF526 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF526-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF526 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TARS3 grouped by ZNF526-low versus ZNF526-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF526→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF526) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
