ZNF519

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF519 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF519-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, SMCHD1, and WIZ. Each is linked with ZNF519 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF519-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF519 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF519 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF519→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF519) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
