Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF519 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,473 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF519-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Mitotic nuclear division, and Spindle assembly. Each is linked with ZNF519 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF519-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF519 results are reported.
