Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF517 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF517 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF517 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF517 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ZNF517 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
