Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF512B RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF512B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ZNF512B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF512B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and GBM show a favorable association.
CESC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF512B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
