The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ZNF512B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF512B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZNF512B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
