ZNF507

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF507 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF507-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, LSM14A, and SRRT. Each is linked with ZNF507 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF507-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF507 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF507 versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF507→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF507) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
