ZNF500

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF500 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,051 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF500-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM33, XPC-AS1, and RBM14. Each is linked with ZNF500 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF500-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF500 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF500 versus RBM33 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF500→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF500) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
