Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF496 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,056 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF496-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with ZNF496 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF496-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF496 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF496 versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
