ZNF483

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF483 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,357 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF483-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, TCEAL3, and LARP4_S722. Each is linked with ZNF483 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF483-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF483 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF483 versus AGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF483→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF483) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
