Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF483 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,961 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF483-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K11-linked ubiquitination, Protein localization to nucleus, and RNA localization. Each is linked with ZNF483 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF483-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF483 results are reported.
