ZNF48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, FUS, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with ZNF48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF48-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF48 versus GTF3C4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF48→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
