ZNF48

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,110 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF48-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC2, TCEA3, and TGIF2. Each is linked with ZNF48 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF48-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF48 versus CLIC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF48→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
