ZNF48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,802 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF48-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD1, SEC23A, and MAPRE1. Each is linked with ZNF48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF48-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRD1 grouped by ZNF48-low versus ZNF48-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF48→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
