Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,022 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body. Each is linked with ZNF48 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF48-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF48 results are reported.
