Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF467 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF467-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP7P2, RNU6ATAC30P, and HNRNPCP9. Each is linked with ZNF467 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF467-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF467 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP7P2 grouped by ZNF467-low versus ZNF467-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF467→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF467) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
